Every VEX team loses hours sorting screws, nuts, and spacers by hand. VEXAutoSort is a robotic arm that learns the job by watching a person, then does it on its own.
We don't write a rule for every part. We show the arm how to sort by hand and it copies us. Simple 3D-printed sorters mean it only ever has to learn one move: pick a part up, drop it in one spot.
We start with two parts that look nothing alike, get that working, then add one type at a time.
